Denny Hamlin will lead Joe Gibbs Racing's three-car contingent to the green flag Saturday night from the sixth position in the No. 11 FedEx Office Toyota.
Kyle Busch, driver of the No. 18 Interstate Batteries Toyota will start eighth Saturday night, while rookie Joey Logano will start the No. 20 Home Depot Toyota from the 21st position fresh off his first career NASCAR Sprint Cup Series victory last week in New Hampshire.
Tony Stewart will start Sunday's race from the pole based on his current position in the point standings.
The Coke Zero 400 at Daytona International Speedway begins Saturday night at 8 PM ET with live, high-definition coverage provided by TNT beginning with its pre-race show at 7:30 PM. The race will also be broadcast live on SIRIUS Satellite Radio Channel 128.
