Nationwide Sweep!

Kyle Busch wins at Richmond after a great final pit stop gets him out ahead of his closest competition! Ryan Truex finished 4th in his second start for JGR. While running in the top-10, Brian Scott was hit from behind and sent spinning into the wall. The resulting damage ended his night.

First Look: Kyle Busch’s Sept 11th Racecar!

After the attacks on September 11th, 2001 the No. 36 M&M’S car of Ken Schrader went to Dover with only an American Flag design covering the sheetmetal. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the events on 9/11/2001. To recognize those lost on that day, the M&M’S car of Kyle Busch will run the same paint scheme at Richmond.  Enjoy these photos and a timelapse video of the car being wrapped in an American Flag.

Atlanta Race Recap

Denny Hamlin led Joe Gibbs Racing with an eighth-place finish in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series AdvoCare 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway this afternoon. Teammates Kyle Busch and Joey Logano would finish 23rd and 24th respectively on a rare Tuesday race following two days of heavy rains from Tropical Storm Lee that forced a postponement from Sunday night’s scheduled running.

Photo Finish for the 50th Win!

Kyle Busch made history Friday night in Bristol, TN by winning this 50th NASCAR Nationwide Series win. In doing so he became the first driver to ever achieve the feat. Teammate Joey Logano wasn’t going to let the win go without a battle. Logano chased Busch down with 5 laps to go and races along side him on the final lap, eventually finishing second by 0.019 seconds! Brian Scott rounded out a great night for Joe Gibbs Racing, finishing 10th.
